The new project brief looks promising, i'm EXCITED!
Looking back to my previous work, there's a pattern that is starting to emerge, which I'm quite fond of, if I may say *sips tea with one pinky up*
Let's roll em up'
Maybe i just don't like faces? Or can't connect with faces like others?
It's a personal thing, I've always had a little issue with eye contact or looking at someone's face whilst engaging in a conversation. It improved over the years but looking at these work kinda explains that process lived on.
Experimenting with collage and paper cuts were the beginning of my interesting sense of style emerging.
From magazine cuts to paper collage, it was always something I enjoyed doing.
I'm a big psychology fan. The notion of truth under body language, facial impressions have always been a big interest of mine.
And for sure I can see the link between my practice with psychology.

And Of course, I tried the old drawing portraits, just to see how they turn out:

The first two were created with the help of weird filters on the I pad which I took reference to. Believe it or not these were pictures of me. It's the disfigurements and the out of the norm features that I like to create.
I have tons of ideas that I want to experiment and this project is perfect for me to do so.
