God's own Junkyard

Far from just a junkyard, this is one of the most exotic, historical place that has been found when it came to exploring London. One thing for sure it is placed in an unusual place no one would know it existed. But for sure it should be one of the places to visit.
As for another mini project, we decided to explore the east of London and see what it has to offer.
We were to go to a place that we have never gone before and explore - and send a postcard from that area.
From the group discussion of where to go - it was pretty much like - who can come up with the coolest place to visit. I definitely did not win with the idea of coming up with parks and haunted graveyards...
Finding this place was not hard- it just involved a lot of walking whilst being confused as to how this place can be situated at such boring looking place.
I would say the place surrounding the 'light palace' is more of a junkyard.
Anyway, it was great, wherever you looked, there's some iconic quote or brand or just crazy things flashing everywhere.
